Genome BC Geneskool™ volunteers are passionate about science, learning and contributing to community. Volunteers are a core component of the program and are essential to its function: leading classroom workshops in the Lower Mainland and across the province, as well as hosting more immersive on-campus field trips at academic institutions.
There are volunteer opportunities for everyone at Geneskool. School workshops happen during the week while community events typically fall on the weekends. Whether you can only spare a few hours here and there or want to devote a larger chunk of your time, we have something for you.
