Gene Scene Public Forums

Public forums involve presentations by speakers followed by town hall-style facilitated public discussion. It’s an opportunity to learn about current research, ask questions and be heard. All sessions are suitable for the general public and are free of charge.

Topics range from the human brain, to bees and beetles, the ethical considerations of genetic testing and bio-banking and preparing for a global pandemic.

The Gene Scence Public Forums 2008/2009 have concluded for the season. Thank you for your participation, and please stay tuned for information on our 2009/2010 series.
