Dr. Admir Purac joined Genome British Columbia in August 2011 as a Research Program Manager. He has been involved in the biotechnology sector in Vancouver for over 15 years and has pre-clinical and clinical drug development experience. 

Most recently, he has worked at MSI Methylation Sciences, Inc. where he was responsible for managing the clinical program focusing on novel formulations of S-Adenosyl Methionine for the treatment of depression.  Prior to MSI, Admir worked as Project Manager for Twinstrand Therapeutics, managing project teams responsible for discovering plant based pro-drug candidates for the treatment of cancer and viral diseases.
